是自己煮的麵～，麵條還是在聯社買的「經濟麵」，大約一百塊上下可以買4.5斤（不知是台斤還是公斤～囧a 但可以吃很～久～）。
料有紅蘿蔔、金針菇（前幾天為了要在味增麵裡加料而買的，不快點煮掉會壞～囧a），把油蔥酥加一些，再把湯塊丟進去就很簡單的完成了。只不過喜歡黑胡椒風味的我，還再加了一些黑胡椒粉下去～…，最後加顆蛋。
