最近搬到新竹市區的關係，因此食記也在這附近就地取材。（好像好一陣子沒在寫了… 唔。）
因本週 Clode 被召喚回家，所以中餐只好就自己到處看看解決。
但值得慶興的一點，因為是市區，吃的走沒幾步就有，就看到一家名為「蘿蔔園」的乾麵餛飩專賣店，正想吃乾麵～就進去坐坐。
一進去後，店員說明今天有套餐是麻醬麵＋燙青菜＋招牌餛飩湯($100)，雖然平常並不會點麻醬麵，不過也沒有特別想吃的，就隨店員的意思點了那樣套餐。
燙青菜($30）先上菜，是空心菜。味道適中跟香味四溢，而且燙的剛剛好～十分青脆，光看就覺得應該很好吃，可稱為是「色香味」都有。
因為覺得不錯吃（想寫食記），就拿著手機起來拍～。
享受空心菜青脆的口感一陣子後，麻醬麵($35)也跟著上桌了～。
原本擔心麵條會不會是那種2~3mm*5mm的粗麵條，不過還好是我喜歡吃的那種1.5mm方麵，麵的彈性也蠻好的，看起來綠綠的好像是添加了蘿蔔葉。麻醬很香，隱約可見花生顆粒於麻醬裡。味道也蠻不錯的，讓人一口接一口的吃～。麵上白脆的豆芽菜很好看，也增添了種不同的口感。
這家店真的是蘿蔔的支持者，不但麵裡似乎有添加高冷山蘿蔔葉，餛飩皮及餡裡也同樣有蘿蔔葉，另外在湯品裡還有蘿蔔排骨湯。因此若是想吃省一點，可以考慮一碗乾麵($35)再加一碗蘿蔔排骨湯($25)，正好60元解決一頓。雖然沒有自助餐划算，但也還算可以接受的範圍。
不過這個價格當然還是比中部普通的價格差多了…（乾麵一碗$35在中部算高價了～囧a）
還沒將麻醬麵吃完，招牌餛飩湯就上桌了。餛飩湯有三種口味：招牌、鮮肉、鮮蝦，讓我對於「招牌」的內容物充滿疑問～…
難道招牌是肉比鮮肉少一點的餛飩？囧?（但這點疑問是沒有直接問店員就是了～ XD）
綠綠的餛飩與綠綠的小白菜葉，還有些海苔還是紫菜的配料。味道不錯，無論是湯或餛飩本身都蠻鮮甜美味。
這樣的套餐大概就是那種百貨公司美食街的內容與價格，雖然不算是很划算的組合，但還算是可以接受的範圍內，我以後應該還是會來光顧。
店內桌椅都蠻新的，每個桌上都有配置四、五種調味料及餐巾紙。
新竹有些小吃店好像會擔心客人浪費餐巾紙，五、六桌卻只有一包餐巾紙。
不然就是餐巾紙只放在煮菜兼收銀的地方，我覺得省這種小錢結果造成客人的不便，反而是會因小失大吧？
調味料的部分，也是同樣如此。雖然我在吃東西的時候並不習慣添加調味料，但對於店家來說仍然是要準備於桌上。
準備調味料並非是對自己煮出來的味道沒有信心，反過來說應該是對於客人的一種貼心。
因為每個人味覺多少有點不太一樣，雖然大多數的人都應該會覺得味道恰到好處，但仍需要顧慮那些平常就吃重口味的客人的感覺才是面面俱佳的作為。
是間還不錯的餛飩小吃店，而且也有自己特有的風格（蘿蔔支持者！）。
