重點是在於「希望別人怎麼做，自己就先示範給他看吧～」，常常人都有對某些事情覺得很無力的時候，尤其是在希望別人能振作之類的情況。常常想要幫些什麼，但又怕自己雞婆是說多管閒事。但是如果是「示範」的話，就不算是「管到別人的事」了吧…？
但這要運用到同理心，也就是要讓自己能模疑以置身於對象的情況之下，所做的示範才會更有說服力的…。
這跟父母親對小孩的「身教」也是一樣的情況，希望小孩子對長輩要懂的尊敬，自己就必須要尊敬好自己的長輩。希望小孩子不要任意把不是自己的東西做為己用，相對的自己也必須要做到；因為…小孩是非常會有樣學樣的…。
在男女關係之下也是如此吧，雖然效果可能不大…。
希望對方專情、忠貞，如果連自己都做不到的話，要怎麼去要求別人呢？不希望別人對自己做的事情，自己就不該做那些事情，我一直是這樣子覺得的，也可以說是「己所不欲，勿施於人」吧？可是，對方到底會不會因此而照著自己的希望去做…，就不要抱太大的期望了，畢竟～別人還是別人，還是其他的個體，不可能完全照自己的意思去行動的。
重點是在於必須要先要求自己…，想要別人能從挫折中站起來，自己也要能做得到這件事情吧？想要別人為自己著想，也得自己能為別人著想做起吧？但是，對於要求別人的這一點上，不得不警剔一點，因為～人是不該去要求其他人去做自己想要做的事情。對自己的要求是合理的，對其他人的要求則過份，就是這樣…。
但最少，最起碼…自己可以對的起自己的良心，可以做到不愧對於自己，那也就夠了……。
說起來簡單，做起來也都應該不難，但是人是常常會忘記重要的事情，所以我發表在這裡，我希望我提醒我自己…。
其實，常常自己對別人說的話、做的事，有很多其實是在對自己說的，希望別人對自己做的事情。所以其實沒有什麼不自私的存在，每個人都是自私的…父母希望小孩健健康康、快快樂樂，因為父母如此會感到幸福。
