如果某件事情的改變是沒有必要的，需要自己去配合的，仍然要放下身段來配合，不能總是以「我想這樣做」為自我中心，改來改去讓大家無所適從，這樣反而不如只把「應該做」的事情做好的人。
看到這篇文章讓我有點感觸～
在這世上的每個人都是獨一無二，就連是同卵雙胞胎，也不可能有著完全一模一樣的個性與人生。
只是到了團體裡，無論這團體是家族、同學、公司，總難免要為了整體的協調性而犧牲掉一些個人獨特性。如何讓人心悅誠服的為了協調而放棄個性，這應該就是管理人的一門學問了～。
換言之，協調性良好的人在團體之中是很吃香的，反之則否。
可是要怎麼知道配合著其他人做事，所做的事會是對的呢？協調性高並不等同於盲從。
這讓我想到了一個笑話：有個人往生進了輪迴道，在叉路不知道該往哪走才能再順利投胎。他望著兩側排隊的人潮，於是決定往人多的那邊走，是順利投胎了…
不過～…
是投胎為豬～
這只是個無傷大雅的笑話，諷刺那些不明所以而盲目跟從別人腳步的人。可是如果只因為擔心自己成為盲從的人，而成為「為了反對而反對」的人，更是一種無理取鬧的動作。
那怎麼在協調與不盲從之間取得平衡？
我在林佳的老闆曾對我說過：當有疑慮的話就提出來，沒有的話就執行。但如果之後執行有疑慮，之後再說～。
當時老闆對我所說的話比較偏重於效率與盲從之間的關係（與其卡在未知的問題，不如先行動，等碰到問題再處理），但我想也可以變化一下使用在協調與盲從的平衡之間。
在配合別人之前先做思考，沒有壞處的事情都值得去做，即使是不明所以。
不清楚是否有壞處的話就先詢問，依回答而決定。不過那種凡是需要先支付金額的事情，除非是交情夠也信任對方，否則還是寧可不配合為上。
有壞處的事情當然是不做，但如果所謂的壞處是指「不符合我的style」之類的理由就…有點幼稚。
有好處的事，當然去做啊～，只要不是什麼傷天害理、殺人放火之類的事。
