因為今天晚餐不想要自己動手，於是就上PTT的美食板找看看新竹有沒有什麼人家推薦的小吃店。
我喜歡小吃店大於什麼高級餐廳的，一瞄看到有人說新竹城隍廟近的北門店有家叫「鴨肉許」的很好吃，便騎車前往。
到達的時候時間已經是七點了，但店裡生意好的很，空間很大～可是坐無虛席，還有些人站在即將離開的那桌旁邊等待位置。
我們點了鴨肉炒麵、鴨肉湯麵跟炒青菜，只能說真的是名不虛傳…而且可以看得出他們做生意的態度是很認真用心的。鴨肉湯麵的湯頭味道香甜順口，炒麵的味道更是濃郁…只是我吃太濃郁的味道不太習慣，下次要吃湯麵才好。
他們的鴨肉也是我看過最好的，味道也很好吃，只是啊～太Q的食物不是我的食物（就連珍珠奶茶的珍珠我都不愛了），所以吃的並不多。而炒青菜雖然不是他們的主打，也並沒有因為這樣而隨便弄弄，青翠好吃。
這餐花了$145，我覺得非常的划算！！我真的是超愛吃小吃店的啊～只是這個規模還真不能用「小吃店」來形容了。
店裡面蠻乾淨的，廚房是直接客人可以看得到情況，員工很多…最少有五名以上。牆上掛著四、五幅名人的簽名，以及入選前一百名好吃的店的剪報（上面好像是寫第三十八名？）。還有專門在清理的推車及人員…，上菜的速度也不慢，真的是有練過的啊…XD 雖然位置可能要等，但並不會很難等。
如果要開小吃店的話，就要以這樣為目標才對吧！？
原本離開的時候是想從外頭拍拍裡面的盛況，但是因為雨勢變大怕淋壞手機而作罷。
總而言之，我覺得很不錯～，是去過還會想再去的店。
