是自己煮的麵～，麵條還是在聯社買的「經濟麵」，大約一百塊上下可以買4.5斤（不知是台斤還是公斤～囧a 但可以吃很～久～）。
料有紅蘿蔔、金針菇（前幾天為了要在味增麵裡加料而買的，不快點煮掉會壞～囧a），把油蔥酥加一些，再把湯塊丟進去就很簡單的完成了。只不過喜歡黑胡椒風味的我，還再加了一些黑胡椒粉下去～…，最後加顆蛋。
自從螢養師跟我說一星期只能吃四顆蛋之後我就一直很規距的遵守，嗯～不過好像好幾天沒吃蛋了～囧” 煮到結尾的時候加了一顆蛋～。
總而言之完成是這樣，味道很剛好，全靠高湯塊的幫忙啦～調味非常輕鬆。金針菇咬起來滋滋的感覺很喜歡，胡蘿蔔煮透的話只有甜味沒有討厭的味道，也算是螢養的一餐～。不過好像該去吃點青菜了～？囧a
