今天Clode要加班（星期五晚上那麼認真幹嘛！？），所以我就自己臨時起意的要去吃看看傳說中的「中正東路天橋下水餃店」。
有潔癖的人可能會不太受得了這環境，唔…就有點亂亂的這樣。但我一向不太在意這種事情，重點是在於好不好吃，至於衛生方面…過的去，不要太誇張就好。生意很好，我大約五點多去吃～，然後人就越來越多，還有兩對以上的情侶檔跟一群勞動人士出現。
進去一間水餃店，當然水餃是必點的～不然進去水餃店幹嘛…囧” 點了二十顆，好像太多了點，因為後來進來店裡的勞動人士也才一人點個十五顆而已。
只是點湯這部份讓我很遲疑，因為我不知道這酸辣湯的辣度到底只有到「港式」還是到「川式」去了…，所以就點了魚丸湯，事後有點後悔。在我之後進來的客人幾乎都點酸辣湯跟貢丸湯～orz（康寶濃湯裡有分港式酸辣與川式酸辣，對我而言港式是可以接受的，川式再怎樣都無法接受！囧|||）
點完菜，坐定之後，就可以看兩、三個大嬸圍著桌子包著水餃，真的是純手工現包的水餃哦～而且，水餃皮不是現成的，也是手工做的。

然後水餃就上來了，沒多久湯也上來了。我那時候還撥大蒜撥到一半而已…，然後真有點後悔點太多顆了。第一，餡料很足；第二，水餃皮咬勁十足；第三，是韮菜料…囧” 拿了些醬油香油跟白醋調了一下醬汁，就開始吃。第一顆先不沾醬的吃……
雖然這是少數我還可以接受的韮菜水餃，因為它味道確實很鮮甜，可是我還是討厭那麼重的韮菜味，所以也許不討厭韮菜的人會更愛吃這家的水餃也說不定。可以吃得出肉的鮮甜，口感扎實，裡面的湯汁不多。皮很Q…這點也是讓我吃不了那麼多顆的原因之一，因為～我的下巴肌肉不夠力，所以不喜歡吃太Q的東西。但我想這點在其他人身上應該有好無壞吧？
手桿水餃皮的優點就是你可以在同一顆餃子上吃到Q皮跟嫩皮～！ XD 這與刀削麵有異曲同工之妙嗎？
還是勉勉強強的把那二十顆都吃下肚，嗯，冷掉之後就不太好吃了。不過那個結實度還是很不錯…，可是我討厭韮菜啦！但沒得選的樣子… = =
魚丸湯很沒味道，不知道是不是我吃的順序不太對，應該要先喝湯再吃餃子？看著隔壁桌的閃光點了中碗的酸辣湯，還真想跟他們搭訕，要點來試喝看看。
