我上一句並無眨意，因為能想出這種方法除了以懶為動機之外，還得要想得到…也就是夠聰明是也～！
這樣煮一煮就是一杯好料，而且媽媽還在冰箱裡有準備小包小包的雞肉，還可以在煮藥材時丟一包進去剛剛好…。
據她說這樣子每天喝個一杯簡單的中藥，確實能好好調理身體，生理期都會來的比較順～…。
