今天九點才爬起來,因為昨天半夜差不多一點多才睡著…為了要傳個簡訊給Clode,昨天幾乎都沒跟他對話到~…/_\a 有點不太甘心這樣。
剛醒來沒多久還賴在床上時,接到媽媽的電話,叮嚀我事情,其中還包括了遺忘東西的預防之類的~…。
我個性的特徵幾乎都可以從父母親身上找到相似的,這應該就是所謂的遺傳吧~腦子的結構也算是記載在基因裡的吧!?我的好勝心、憨勁大概是我媽媽傳給我的,而有時候相反的慎重又內斂的特徵應該是我爸爸來的…唔,那麼,健忘這點到底是算誰傳下來的呢?囧”
難道是我自己基因突變來的嗎…Orz
媽媽還傳授我個簡單方便煮食的方法,用保溫瓶跟電湯匙配合使用,弄出悶燒的效果。方法就是把生料(紅豆或藥材)、水都放進保溫瓶裡(保溫瓶至少要夠讓電湯匙放進去),然後用電湯匙煮滾之後快速的將電湯匙取出、蓋子蓋上悶,就可以一陣子不用理它了。
怎樣說呢…,我覺得~果然科技的發達始終來自於人性,而那個人性咧…就是懶~囧”
我上一句並無眨意,因為能想出這種方法除了以懶為動機之外,還得要想得到…也就是夠聰明是也~!
這樣煮一煮就是一杯好料,而且媽媽還在冰箱裡有準備小包小包的雞肉,還可以在煮藥材時丟一包進去剛剛好…。
據她說這樣子每天喝個一杯簡單的中藥,確實能好好調理身體,生理期都會來的比較順~…。
生理期~…是我少數幾個我覺得很討厭的女性生理現象啊~。
要多花錢不說(至少會比男生多花一筆~囧”),在這期間伴隨來的酸痛,就像是揮之不去的夢魘…,總是會讓我異想天開的希望可以……先把子宮拿出來放著滴完血之後再裝回去(獵奇劇情?)。
希望有天有人(大概是女科學家),發明可以暫時讓器官拿出來放在其他地方的儀器~=_=”
不過調理身體才是根本解決問題的方法啦…只是這期間限制很多,不能吃冷的也不能吃補的。不過倒是可以吃一些高熱量的,像巧克力之類的可以猛吃…。我高職的護理老師說那時候女生是吃不胖的,不過我本來就吃不胖所以我無法實驗……
如果有女生做了這樣的實驗,結果發現變重,請不要找我算帳~囧a
大概也只有在這時候會比較不滿於男女之間的不公平之處,男女之間原本就有差異,我也明白這點。因此大多數的差異我不會覺得有什麼不好的,但唯一只有這個…,因為女生總是在一定週期的一星期之間不能吃冰、補…最好連喝茶也不要~因為有可能導致貧血……
所以這樣深究起來的話,我是因為吃的關係而產生不滿的~
吃羊肉爐、火鍋的季節就快要到了啊……
我是個覺得「吃」跟「睡」很重要的女人~…囧rz 午覺時間打電話給我的話,可能會被變成狂暴狀態的我發脾氣…Orz
