剛醒來沒多久還賴在床上時，接到媽媽的電話，叮嚀我事情，其中還包括了遺忘東西的預防之類的～…。
我個性的特徵幾乎都可以從父母親身上找到相似的，這應該就是所謂的遺傳吧～腦子的結構也算是記載在基因裡的吧！？我的好勝心、憨勁大概是我媽媽傳給我的，而有時候相反的慎重又內斂的特徵應該是我爸爸來的…唔，那麼，健忘這點到底是算誰傳下來的呢？囧”
難道是我自己基因突變來的嗎…Orz
媽媽還傳授我個簡單方便煮食的方法，用保溫瓶跟電湯匙配合使用，弄出悶燒的效果。方法就是把生料（紅豆或藥材）、水都放進保溫瓶裡（保溫瓶至少要夠讓電湯匙放進去），然後用電湯匙煮滾之後快速的將電湯匙取出、蓋子蓋上悶，就可以一陣子不用理它了。
怎樣說呢…，我覺得～果然科技的發達始終來自於人性，而那個人性咧…就是懶～囧”
我上一句並無眨意，因為能想出這種方法除了以懶為動機之外，還得要想得到…也就是夠聰明是也～！
這樣煮一煮就是一杯好料，而且媽媽還在冰箱裡有準備小包小包的雞肉，還可以在煮藥材時丟一包進去剛剛好…。
據她說這樣子每天喝個一杯簡單的中藥，確實能好好調理身體，生理期都會來的比較順～…。
生理期～…是我少數幾個我覺得很討厭的女性生理現象啊～。
要多花錢不說（至少會比男生多花一筆～囧”），在這期間伴隨來的酸痛，就像是揮之不去的夢魘…，總是會讓我異想天開的希望可以……先把子宮拿出來放著滴完血之後再裝回去（獵奇劇情？）。
希望有天有人（大概是女科學家），發明可以暫時讓器官拿出來放在其他地方的儀器～=_=”
不過調理身體才是根本解決問題的方法啦…只是這期間限制很多，不能吃冷的也不能吃補的。不過倒是可以吃一些高熱量的，像巧克力之類的可以猛吃…。我高職的護理老師說那時候女生是吃不胖的，不過我本來就吃不胖所以我無法實驗……
如果有女生做了這樣的實驗，結果發現變重，請不要找我算帳～囧a
大概也只有在這時候會比較不滿於男女之間的不公平之處，男女之間原本就有差異，我也明白這點。因此大多數的差異我不會覺得有什麼不好的，但唯一只有這個…，因為女生總是在一定週期的一星期之間不能吃冰、補…最好連喝茶也不要～因為有可能導致貧血……
所以這樣深究起來的話，我是因為吃的關係而產生不滿的～
吃羊肉爐、火鍋的季節就快要到了啊……
