媽媽還傳授我個簡單方便煮食的方法，用保溫瓶跟電湯匙配合使用，弄出悶燒的效果。方法就是把生料（紅豆或藥材）、水都放進保溫瓶裡（保溫瓶至少要夠讓電湯匙放進去），然後用電湯匙煮滾之後快速的將電湯匙取出、蓋子蓋上悶，就可以一陣子不用理它了。
